Community Needs Survey

Hilltown CDC, working on behalf of the Town of Chesterfield, is conducting a Community Needs Survey.  We are asking you to take a moment to complete this survey on Community Needs in the Hilltowns.  We will be applying for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding and want your feedback on essential services in the Hilltowns, including senior chore assistance, ride-share opportunities, food pantry access, and home repair.  Your feedback is critically important to our ability to provide these services.  The application will include the following towns: if you live in Chesterfield, Cummington, Goshen, Plainfield, Savoy, Westhampton, Williamsburg, or Worthington, please take a few minutes to complete the survey.  Click on the link below to get to the survey.
