Quick Survey to Fund Vital Hilltown Programs

Each year, Hilltown CDC applies for federal funding through the Community Development Block Grant to fund vital programs such as the Hilltown Elder Network (HEN), HOPE, Housing Rehab, It Takes A Village and the Hilltown Food Pantry. It is time to apply for next year's grant and we need your input for a strong application! Please demonstrate your support in two easy ways:
