Pediatric Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic

Hilltown Community Health Center is offering a free Pediatric Covid-19 vaccination clinic at R.H. Conwell Elementary School at 147 Huntington Rd, Worthington, MA 01098. November 20th, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM.

 This clinic is open to anyone 5-11 years old. No insurance or ID is required. This is a great opportunity for any of our children in need a convenient place to be vaccinate and keep our community safe during holiday season.

 We will offer; The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, with the ability to schedule the second dose. Please share this information with anyone, that could be interested or contact our health center with questions or concerns at (413) 667-3009 Ext 261.
