Job Opening: Director of Community Programs

Hilltown CDC is seeking a candidate for our Director of Community Programs.   This position will be a part of our Management Team. The ideal candidate will have experience writing and managing grants and have knowledge of the Hilltown communities, the needs of rural residents and the rural municipal services in the region.  As a member if the Management Team, this candidate will assist in the overall direction, vision, and mission of the agency.  As part of the team this candidate will assist in operationalizing diversity, equity and inclusion in our organization’s business practices.  This position seeks an individual who is comfortable engaging the community, speaking in public and organizing community members around rural initiatives.    Full Time, Competitive salary $51-$56k.
