Hilltown CDC is seeking community input regarding potential projects to be included in the FY2019 Community Development Block Grant application. Current programs funded by this grant are: Housing Rehabilitation, Hilltown Elder Network (HEN), Health Outreach Program for Elders (HOPE), Hilltown Food Pantry and Childcare Subsidy. If you have participated in, or know someone who has participated in any of these programs and would like to share support, success stories, or ways to improve the programs, please let us know by taking our survey below or sending us your comments! Or, if there are new programs/activities you would like to have considered for funding next year, we want to know. Your participation and input on these programs is greatly appreciated!
