I. Strategies to Build Resiliency through Self-Care Monday February 25, 3 to 5 p.m.

Life can be challenging for all of us from time to time. Often during these moments, we forget how to care for ourselves. In this workshop, we focus specifically on self-care strategies that lead to greater resilience

II. Cultivating Signature Strengths Monday March 4, 3 to 5 p.m.

During challenging times, it’s critical that we know what strengths we can draw upon to help us be resilient. In this workshop, we look at the relationship between resilience and strengths and how by playing to your strengths, you can maintain balance in your life and successfully reach your goals.

III. Developing Positive Thinking Habits Monday March 11, 3 to 5 p.m.

Often our habitual thinking patterns can make it difficult for us to be resilient. In this workshop, we look at common thinking “traps” and learn ways to challenge them to develop more positive and resilient ways of thinking.
