Bringing Calmness Into Our Stressful World

Stress… what’s that? We never feel stressed in our culture… if only that was the case.
In this class we will go over some simple strategies on supporting our nervous system during times of stress. We will discuss some beneficial herbs to use and the role they play in supporting our stress response. Learn the difference between a tea and an herbal infusion. Recipes will be provided for my favorite go to tea formulas for stressful times. Get a head start on entering the holiday season with some tools in your basket for being calm and relaxed.
