Charlie Hayes

Charlie oversees our HEN Program with 5 town coordinators and over 40 caregivers. He also provides social service information and referrals to program participants and the general public. Charlie has implemented numerous CDBG grants to maintain the Hilltown Food Pantry and the Health Outreach Program for Elders in addition to HEN. He is constantly monitoring and looking for ways to enhance these programs.
Charlie has worked within elder services in rural New England since 1988, following a career variation and an internship with a Help-Hotline in Vermont in 1986. Charlie’s elder service experience includes both direct client and social services administration. He has been living in Franklin County Hilltowns for over 45 years.
