Paul Lischetti

As Housing Director, Paul works on both housing development and property management. He works with realtors, architects, engineers, contractors and others to purchase property and rehabilitate existing buildings or build new ones to create affordable housing opportunities for individuals, families, and senior citizens. He also oversees the maintenance and other property management operations at Hilltown Community Development. Paul has a BA in Sociology and experience in construction and energy conservation. He has 30 years of experience in community development in Western Massachusetts.
