Housing Rehab Specialist
Doug oversees all aspects of Deleading and rehabilitation work on our Housing Rehab Program. His responsibilities include determining eligible rehab work, writing the work specs, providing cost estimates, bidding projects out, working with contractors and engineers, monitoring the building progress, inspecting all work that is completed, maintaining program compliance, and providing detailed reporting. Doug holds a MA Deleaders Supervisor Lisc and a MA unrestricted Construction Supervisor Lisc.
